The Enneagram gives us a framework for discovering more about ourselves as an introduction or continuation into personal development. While The Enneagram is used as a tool in all of my coaching programs, the following programs are specifically utilizing The Enneagram.
1 to 1 Coaching:
Getting to know your type
Knowing your Enneagram type is fun but somewhat pointless unless you know what to do with it.
In four sessions, we’ll examine how your type has created the settings in which your life operates. We’ll identify what motivates your work, how you relate to others, what you tend to avoid, what you yearn for, and much more. Whether you're new to personal development or have been working on yourself for years, this program, including guidance and coaching, is a powerful next step in self-discovery and improvement.
Imagine being more aware of your bias and specific perspective, having compassion for your vulnerabilities, and having more confidence in those things that just come naturally to you.
The very first session is either an Enneagram Typing Interview (if you don’t know your type yet) or a confirmation session to determine whether you are confident in the type you were told or discovered you might be.

Relationship Coaching
with the Enneagram
You know your type, you know one another’s type…now what?
This program is designed to reset relationships by helping each person build a deeper relationship with themselves to build a stronger relationship with one another.
Each person will have 2 individual sessions, during which they will dive deeper into their distinctive types and gain insight into the next steps for their personal growth with guidance and coaching.
There will also be 2 joint sessions to learn more about one another, how your types relate to each other, and the beauty and challenges the combination may bring to the partnership. With new awareness, we’ll create tools and strategies for effective communication, more understanding, and a new appreciation for one another.

Groups & Teams
with the Enneagram
It’s human nature to make assumptions about the people you interact with and work with regularly. But external behaviors can only tell you so much. If you’re building relationships and a team based on what you perceive from the assumptions, you might be missing opportunities for connection, collaboration, and efficiency.
Using the Enneagram within a group or team provides openings to understanding one another and interpersonal dynamics on a whole new level.
You’ll quickly be able to identify the immediate strengths of each individual and the team and where there might be some gaps or vulnerabilities within the organization. Learning more about one another with compassion and interest will enhance conversations and teamwork, making the organization more effective.
