What’s The Enneagram?
The Enneagram is a personality system that identifies the motivations behind our thoughts and actions. Part of our internal setttings are driven by specific rules and ideas that fall into one of nine types.
The Enneagram is a shortcut for identifying your settings, the patterns they have created, and some of your strengths and weaknesses.
I use the Enneagram in coaching because it’s the most impactful way for you to understand yourself on another level, with compassion and curiosity.
As a Certified Enneagram Practitioner, I conduct Enneagram Typing Interviews to help individuals discover their type and use the Enneagram as a foundational tool, whether or not they choose to embark on the coaching journey.
